Sharon showed the card she was planning to send to Oasis with the gift card.  everyone was okay with it, will put it in the mail w/gift card next week.

Showed Sherri the "corrected" June minutes to confirm the changes - the corrected version is good.

Mentioned to Linda Laufer her OVAHA membership is not showing up in the lists AHA is sending us.

Trv-lyn wants to do a "fun" clinic.  Has found a pet communicator who will do horses and dogs.  May also try to do equine massages also.  Trv-lyn said she would shoot for Nov 12th for the clinic, but will confirm the date with the animal communicator.  It will be for general members and our Fall Festival.  Club to provide drinks (Sherri - allowed $50) and paper products (Sharon - allowed $50).

Sherri has said Donna doesn't wish to do the Summer Sizzler, so we will need to find a new show secretary.

Dec 3rd is the Carriage Parade in Lebanon, would be nice if we could turn out as a club to show support for Terry Tatman.

Terry Tatman has agreed to host the Christmas Party.  It will be Dec 10th at 6:30.
